Find the intercepts on the axes (red points) and draw a line through them to get the graph.

Put x=0 to find the y-intercept and y=0 to find the x-intercept. Solve the equations.

When x=0, y=-3/2 or -1.5. So y-intercept is -1.5.

When y=0, -⅓x-3/2=0, -3/2=x/3, x=-9/2 or -4.5. So x-intercept is -4.5.
