Not sure what your question is asking. If x=1 and y=(11x-2)/9, then y=(11-2)/9=9/9=1.

Also, if x=10, y=(110-2)/9=108/9=12.

So we can draw up a table of inputs and outputs and see a pattern of whole numbers:

INPUT: 1 10 19 28 ... (increasing by 9)

OUTPUT: 1 12 23 34 ... (increasing by 11)

Like Rod said, don't know what your asking either. But this should help!

Y-intercept is -2/9

The Slope is: 11

If your graphing, then this should help.
