I read this as z=(2-2i²³)/(3+i¹⁴). If this is correct then:

i²³=(i⁴)⁵×i³=1×(-i)=-i, i¹⁴=(i⁴)³(i)²=-1 and z=(2+2i)/(3-1)=(2+2i)/2=1+i.
