If an average, non-athletic, man (height of roughly 6 ft, which is about a stride length) can run at a speed of 10mph and considering only scale difference then to run at 300mph, which is 30 times 10mph, the man would need to be 30 times taller=180 ft. Simply take the man’s height and multiply by 30. Put it another way: if a person can run at a speed of s mph and their height is h ft, they would need to be 300h/s feet tall.
