Is it 78 or 79?  The .5 would make me think that it should be 78 because of the rules for banker's rounding, but because its .512 does this make it round to 79 instead?

If it had been 78.5 then Bankers Rounding would be 78, but 78.512 is closer to 79 than 78, because the fraction is more than 0.5. So I think the answer should be 79.
