cos(x-20)=sin(90-x+20)=sin(110-x)=sin(2x+32).

110-x=2x+32, 3x=110-32=78, x=26 degrees.

Also, x=38 degrees:

110-x=180-2x-32=148-2x, x=148-110=38 degrees.
