(8x + 2y) / 9y = 29 when y = 18

Then:

(8x + 2(18)) / 9(18) = 29

(8x + 36) / 162 = 29

(8x + 36) = 29 * 162

8x + 36 = 4698

8x = 4662

x = 4662 / 8

x = 2331 / 4

x = 582  3/4
