Option 1) If kerry has to choose atleast one from the given ingredient then she has 2*2*2 = 8 ways to make a pizza.

Option 2) If kerry can chose neither or all from any given ingredient set then, she now has 4 options,

                a) Choose neither ingredients from a given pile.

                b) Choose one ingredient from the pile

                c) Choose both ingredients

then the number of ways are 4*4*4=64

If you are unsure which option to pick then I guess you only want option 1
