For every outcome of the spinner (A, B or C) there are 6 for the die: A1 to A6, B1 to B6 and C1 to C6, 18 in all.

Depending on the number of sides on the die (as there are many kinds of sided die) one must multiply the number of sides in the die by the number of labels (which is three) and assuming the number if sides on the die is six, the answer is 18
