length/width=9/4, so length=(9/4)width.

Perimeter=2(length+width)=2(9/4+1)(width)=2(13/4)(width)=13(width)/2.

width/perimeter=width/(13(width)/2)=2/13.

So ratio of width to perimeter is 2:13.

This is the same as 4:26, answer B.
