Factorise:

(x-3)(x+3)(x2+9)/(2x+1)(x-3).

The common factor x-3 can be cancelled for all x except x=3:

(x+3)(x2+9)/(2x+1), so as x approaches 3 the expression approaches 6×18/7=108/7.

Therefore the limit as x→3 is 108/7.
