Assuming 52 weeks in a year, this member has 9(52-6)=9×46=414 sessions a year.

This averages out at 414/52=7.96 (approx) sessions per week. Rounding this to a whole number, this is 8 sessions per week (amounting to 8×52=416 sessions per year).
