Remember i^2 =-1

i^3 = -i

i^4 = 1

Given

W = 2+3i, Z = -3-2i

So, (2iW-4Z)/(2iZ-W)
=> {2i(2+3i) - 4(-3-2i)}/{2i(-3-2i) - (2+3i)}

=> (4i -6 +12 +8i)/(-6i +4 -2 -3i)

=> (6 + 12i)/(2-9i)

Multiply both numerator and denominator by conjugate of (2-9i)

=> {(6 + 12i)(2+9i)}/{(2-9i)(2+9i)}

=>(-96+78i)/85

=> -96/85 + i* 78/85
