I am  struggling with the interval notation part. Not sure how it should look

Add 2 to each part: 0≤3t<4

Divide through by 3: 0≤t<4/3. So t≥0 and t<4/3. Note that you can divide by a positive quantity without affecting the inequalities.

t is positive and less than 4/3. t∈[0,4/3). t is between 0 (can be zero) and 4/3 (but cannot be equal to 4/3).

"[" means closed (inclusive low end of the interval) and ")" means open (exclusive high end of the interval. That is, the interval includes 0 but excludes t=4/3. "∈" means "is an element of the interval" or "is in the interval".
