If w is the width then the length is 4w+9.

The perimeter is 2(length+width)=2(w+4w+9)=538,

5w+9=538/2=269,

5w=260,

w=52yd, so length=4×52+9=208+9=217yd.

Dimensions are 52yd by 217yd.
