(2) 5/16 of the tract for townhous

(120) acres for single homes

need to find total sales price, please and could you explain how did you arrived to the answer explain the calculation or ilustrated the formula, thanks but the answer you send me previously was not the answer.

 (3) 120 acres sales price=120*20000=$2400000.00

Total sales price=$7500.00+$6250.00+$2400000.00=$2,413,750.00
