(-t^3 k^4) / (-6t^7 k^3)
= (t^3 k^4) / (6t^7 k^3)
= (1 / 6) * t^(3 - 7) * k^(4 - 3)
= (1 / 6) * t^(-4) * k^1
= (1 / 6) * (1 / t^4) * k
= k / (6t^4)
