4a(a^2 - 4a - 196)

Note that you cannot factorise any further, unless you want to deal with square roots.

a^2 - 4a - 196 =  (a - 10sqrt(2) - 2)(a + 10sqrt(2) - 2), but as you can see, there are square roots within the factors.
