first, start with  600/3 -25 +1/8

=200-25 +1/8

=175+1/8

then -500*(175+1/8)=-(87,500 +62.5)=-87,562.5

+300...-87,262.5

4 & 3/4%=0.0475*(-87262.5)

=-4144.96875
