line 1: 7a -2b=47, or b=(7a-47)/2

line 2: 2a+5b=19

2a+5(7a-47)/2=19

4a+5(7a-47)=38

4a +35a -235=38

39a=273

a=7

b=(7a-4)/2=(49-4)/2=45/2
