(26x²y³)/(39(x^4)y²)

= (26y)/(39x²)

 

Since    x²/(x^4)=1/x²   and    y³/y²=y

 

And since 26/39 can be simplified to become 2/3 , your final answer becomes:

(26x²y³)/(39(x^4)y²) = (2y)/(3x²)
