(n^2-16)=(n-4)*(n+4)

divide bi (n+4) & yu get (n-4)

me assume last term spozed tu be (n^2 -8n +16)=(n-4)*(n-4)

so yu hav (n-4)*(n+4)*(n+2)

----------------------------------

(n+4)(n-2)(n-2)

=(n-4)*(n+2)/(n-2)^2
