If by numbers you mean positive integers or natural numbers (1, 2, 3, 4, etc.) then the following add up to 14:

1+13; 2+12; 3+11; 4+10; 5+9; 6+8;  7+7

And you can turn these pairs around: 13+1; 12+2; etc.
