It can't be done with two whole numbers...

you know cause 113 is a prime number. You can use decimal numbers:

226*0.5

The question isn't asking whether or not we should consider 1 as a factor.  It's just asking what times what makes 113.

If you mean whole numbers only, then it's 1 * 113 = 113.

If you mean any number (not just whole numbers), then it's x * (113/x).  (where x can't be 0)
