me assume thats spozed tu be

(2/3)(5x-1) +(1/4)(4x-3) <= (1/6)(7z+2) +(3/4)

or 8*(5x-1) +3(4x-3) <= 2(7z+2) +9

40x -8 +12x -9 <=14z+4+9

52x -17 <= 14z+13

52x <= 14z+ 13+17

52x <=14z+30

26x <=7z+15
