F(s)=3/(s2+4).

ℒ{sin(at)}=a/(s2+a2)=G(s).

Let a=2, then ℒ{sin(2t)}=2/(s2+22)=2/(s2+4)=G(s).

Therefore 3G(s)/2=6/(s2+4)/2=3/(s2+4)=F(s).

Since G(s)=ℒ{sin(2t)}, F(s)=3ℒ{sin(2t)}/2.

SOLUTION: f(t)=3sin(2t)/2; ℒ{3sin(2t)/2}=3/(s2+4).
