101A-45B=18, 101A=18+45B,

A=(18+45B)/101=18/101+45B/101.

We can take this no further because B is unknown.

If A=0.180, then 45B/101=0.180-18/101=9/5050,

so B=(9/5050)(101/45)=1/(5×50)=1/250=0.004. Therefore B would have to be 1/250 to satisfy the equation so that A=0.180=9/50.
