A dilation is a transformation of a graph by scalling up all the x-coordinates by a factor greater than 1, (horizontal dilation) or else all the y-coordinates are scaled up by a factor greater than 1, (vertical dilation).

You don't mention if the scaling meant is a horizontal or vertical scaling. So let's do both.

Horizontal scaling (Scale up the x-coordinates)

The center doesn't change. It stays at zero. The other points become,

E=(-2,-2) -> E(-4, 2), F=(2,0) -> F(4, 0), G=(2,2) -> G(4,2). H=(-2,2) -> H(-4,2)

Vertical scaling (Scale up the y-coordinates)

The center still doesn't change. It still stays at zero. The other points become,

E=(-2,-2) -> (-2, -4), F=(2,0) -> F(2, 0), G=(2,2) ->(2, 4), H=(-2,2) -> H(-2, 4)
