For (-4,6) x=-4 and y=6;

for (3,-7) x=3 and y=-7.

To find the line passing through the points we use the slope=(6-(-7))/(-4-3)=-13/7.

y-6=-(13/7)(x+4)=-13x/7-52/7,

y=-13x/7-52/7+6=-13x/7-10/7 or 13x+7y+10=0.
