f(x)=x³+30x², f'(x)=3x²+60x=0 at an extremum. So 3x(x+20)=0, that is, x=0 and x=-20.

f(0)=0 and f(-20)=-8000+12000=4000.

f''(x)=6x+60=6(x+10), f''(0)>0 (minimum at (0,0)) and f''(-20)<0 (maximum at (-20,4000)).
