H(G(x)) where H = x^2 +5x +6 and G = x+3

In H, replace each x with G(x):

G(x)^2 +5G(x) +6

(x+3)^2 +5(x+3) +6

(x^2 + 6x +9) + (5x + 15) +6

x^2 +11x +31
