The graph is y=¼x+7. You need two points so that you can draw a straight line through them---this is the graph you need. You are given one point, the y-intercept which is 7 on the y-axis. Now you need the x-intercept. To find it put y=0 and solve for x: ¼x+7=0, ¼x=-7, x=-28. So mark -28 (28 units to the left of the origin where the axes cross) on the x-axis. Now you can draw the graph by drawing a line through the two intercepts.
