The answer is this one is 2/3 (third option) as the order is different. Simplified the first option is 2:3, the second one: 2:3, the third one 3:2 and the fourth one 2:3

While these might seen the same and only in a different order, if the first part represented girls and the second part boys (Girls:boys) Then the first, second and fourth would be 2 girls : 3 boys, whereas the third option would be 3 girls : 2 boys :)
