0.2(d-6)=0.4d+2,

0.2d-1.2=0.4d+2, subtract 2 from each side:

0.2d-3.2=0.4d, subtract 0.2d from each side:

-3.2=0.2d, multiply each side by 5:

-16=d, so d=-16.
