The question is asking which of the pairs of numbers (x,y) make y = x - 4 true.

Just plug in each pair and see if it works.

(-1,-5)

y = x - 4

-5 = -1 - 4

-5 = -5

True.

.

(0,-3)

y = x - 4

-3 = 0 - 4

-3 = -4

Not true.

.

(2,6)

y = x - 4

6 = 2 - 4

6 = -2

Not true.

.

(3,1)

y = x - 4

1 = 3 - 4

1 = -1

Not true.

.
