ln(5x+1) =2 -ln(2x-3)

ln(5x+1) +ln(2x-3)=2

ln[(5x+1)*(2x-3)]=2

(5x+1)*(2x-3)=e^2

10x^2 +2x-15x-3=e^2

10x^2-13x-3-e^2=0

e=2.71828182845904523536028747135266...

e^2=7.38905609893065022723042746...

e^2+3=10.3890560989...
