(1+sec(x))/(tan(x)+sin(x)).

Multiply top and bottom by cos(x):

(cos(x)+1)/(sin(x)+sin(x)cos(x))=

(cos(x)+1)/(sin(x)(1+cos(x))=1/sin(x)=cosec(x).
