(1/3)^x =(1/9)

3^2=9, so x=2

thats 2 eezee

in jenral, yu take logs

log(x^y)=y*log(x) or x*log(y)

so log[(1/3)^x]=x*log(1/3)=-0.477121255

=log(1/9)=log(0.11111111111111111)=-0.954242509

so x=-0.954242509/-0.477121255=2
