Let $T be Brian's tutor earnings. Pumping gas earnings=T/2. His sister earns T/4.

Brian's total earnings=3T/2=T/4+150.

T(3/2-1/4)=150, T(6/4-1/4)=150, 5T/4=150, T=(4/5)150=$120.

Brian earns $120 a week as a tutor.
