If f(x)=4excos(x), f'(x)=4excos(x)-4exsin(x)=4ex(cos(x)-sin(x));

If f(x)=4excos2(x), f'(x)=4excos2(x)-8excos(x)sin(x)=4excos(x)(cos(x)-2sin(x));

If f(x)=4excos(x2), f'(x)=4excos(x2)-8xexsin(x2).
