df/dx=-3x^3+x^2+10x=0 at an extremum. This factorises: -x(3x^2-x-10)=0=-x(3x+5)(x-2). So the extrema are at x=0 (min), 2 (max) and -5/3 (max). (To find out the type of extrema we need to take the next derivative, but this has not been requested.)
