solve:  3m-6+2m=4

combine the "m" terms on the left side first

positive 3m and positive 2m is 5m

5m-6=4

add 6 to both sides

5m=10

divide both sides by 5

m=2

(1)/(m)+(3)/(m^2)=(2m+4)/(m^2)
