that depend on how em du the 2 kuts

start=sum "normal" pries, then em take off 8% & then take off 10%

if em duit rite, -8% leev pries=92% av start pries

then kut that bi 10% leev 90%*92%...0.9*0.92=0.828

so 0.828x=23.30$

x=start pries=23.30/0.828=28.14$
