me assume that stuf shood be -3a^2 -b^3 -2b^3 +3c^2 . . . or -3a^2 -3b^3 +3c^2 . . . evaluate at a=2, b=-1, c=3 . . . -3*4 -3*(-1) +3*9 . . . =-12 +3 +27 . . . . =18
