Do you mean m<ABD=5X°, m<BDE=(17X-18)°?

If so, ABD+BDE=180°, so 5X+17X-18=180, 22X=198, X=198/22=9°.

So m<ABD=45°, m<BDE=(153-18)°=(180-45)°=135°.
