2x+3y=14

y=(-2x+14)/3

slope=-2/3

??????????? yu want parallel line thru point=(3,7) ?????

y=-(2/3)x +konst

projekt line from x=3 tu x=0...deltax=-3, so deltay=-(2/3)*(-3)=+2

thus, y at x=0 be 7+2=9

so y=-(2/3)x+9
