Find the area of the section of the surface 

x=u^2  ;  y=uv  ;  z=(1/2)(v^2)

 

bounded by the curves:

u=0, u=1, v=0, and v=3

 

Hello everyone, i am taking vector analysis, and it was ok until we reached oriented surfaces. that is where i got completely lost and started lagging behind in class. i appreciate any effort in helping me out here. thanks.
