(5x^2 - 21x + 4)

 

(5x- 1)(x - 4 )

For future reference, if you cannot factor use the quadratic formula man ya its messy and tiresome but it gets the job done. (you don't have to use it for this one the formula is mainly used for quadratics that cannot factor but you can still use it)
