The function is X=4?

If the graph is x=4 then the graph is just a verticle like straight up at x=4 axis Meaning at every single y value the x value is 4 you can pick anything

4   1

4   2

4   3

.

.

.

4  1000000 so so fourth you can pick any y values you want x will always be 4
