need general idea of what these graphs would look like:  Temperature of a bowl of soup as a function, number of hours of daylight per day over a two year period, Population of Florida as a function of time, distance traveled by a car going at a constant velocity as a function of time and height of a golf ball hit with a 7-iron as a funtion of time.  No numbers given just pictures of graphs. thank you.

Thank you, you confirmed my thoughts on the graphs

Notice the soup starts out hot and cools over time.  It always seems to me that it get cold fast.

The daylight increases and decreases over the 2 years.
